## Who collects the data

The controller is **Sulsys**, Mladen Simonoski 26, 1230 Gostivar, North Macedonia.
Contact: [info@sulsys.net](mailto:info@sulsys.net), phone [075 251 235](tel:+38975251235).

## What we collect

This site asks for no registration and keeps no user accounts. Data is collected only
when you send a form:

- **Request for a demonstration:** name, business, sector, phone number, preferred
language and, if you choose, a message.
- **Request for help:** name, business, phone number, module and a description of the
  problem.

The site uses no advertising cookies and does not follow you across other sites. A single
technical cookie remembers the language you chose, so the site opens in the same language
next time.

## What we use it for

Form data is used only to answer your request: to arrange the demonstration, or to solve
the problem you describe. It is not sold, not shared with third parties for advertising,
and not used for a newsletter.

## How it is sent

The form sends an email to Sulsys. The data is not stored in a database on this site —
the site has no database.

## How long it is kept

The email carrying the request is kept until the request has been dealt with, and no
longer than 12 months, unless you ask otherwise.

## Your rights

You can ask what data is held about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
Write to [info@sulsys.net](mailto:info@sulsys.net) or call
[075 251 235](tel:+38975251235).

## External links

The site links to Sulsys on Facebook and YouTube. Walkthrough videos load from
`youtube-nocookie.com` **only once you open a video** — until you click, YouTube receives
no request from your browser.
